What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
Information you give us
- Account details (email, password hash, optional username)
- Payment information (handled by our payment processor — we never see your full card number)
- Support correspondence (emails, chat messages, attached files)
Information collected automatically
- Basic device and browser information (type, version, screen size)
- IP address and approximate location (country and region only)
- Pages you visit on the site and how you got there
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Deliver your purchases and provide customer support
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Improve the site (which packs are popular, what's broken, where users get stuck)
- Send transactional emails (receipts, updates, security notices)
- Send marketing emails — only if you've opted in, and you can opt out anytime
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site. These currently include:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Postmark — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare — site hosting and DDoS protection
- Plausible — privacy-friendly site analytics (no personal data, no cookies)
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We will only share data with law enforcement when legally compelled to do so.
Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of cookies, and they're all functional:
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in
- Cart cookie — remembers what's in your cart between visits
- Preferences cookie — remembers your sort order, currency, etc.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Correct any data that's wrong or out of date
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of marketing emails
- Withdraw consent for any data processing
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA. Email privacy@robloxvfx.com with any request and we'll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records (such as transaction history for tax purposes, kept for 7 years).
Children's privacy
robloxvfx is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has registered with us, contact privacy@robloxvfx.com and we'll remove the account.
