Agreement
These terms of service ("Terms") are a contract between you and robloxvfx.com ("robloxvfx," "we," "us"). They cover your use of our website, account system, and digital products. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by them.
If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the site.
Your account
You need to create an account to purchase, download, or manage VFX packs. When you create one, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information (real email, real name if requested)
- Keep your password private and secure
- Take responsibility for everything that happens on your account
- Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to make a purchase without parental consent.
Purchases & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout — we never store your full card details.
Once payment clears, your VFX pack is delivered instantly to the email on file and to your account dashboard. Files do not expire.
Refunds
Because VFX packs are digital downloads delivered immediately, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.
Exceptions:
- If a pack contains a verifiable defect (broken file, missing assets, false advertising), contact support within 14 days for a refund or replacement
- If you were charged twice for the same pack, the duplicate charge will be refunded automatically
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any VFX pack (see the License page for full terms)
- Reverse-engineer the website or attempt to access non-public systems
- Submit fraudulent payment information or initiate unauthorized chargebacks
- Use the service to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Interfere with the experience of other users
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Intellectual property
All content on robloxvfx.com — including VFX packs, code, copy, branding, and design — is owned by robloxvfx or its contributors. The license to use a purchased pack is described on the License page.
"robloxvfx" and the robloxvfx logo are trademarks. They may not be used without written permission.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, robloxvfx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or VFX packs.
Our total liability for any claim related to a single purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on the site at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
